Our Story

Osteria Sette started with a simple idea: cook the food we grew up eating, with the best ingredients we can find. Chef **Marco Setti** opened the doors in 2011 after fifteen years in kitchens across Rome, Bologna, and New York. The pasta is made fresh every morning. The bread comes out of a wood-fired oven that Marco built himself. The wine list leans Italian, with a few surprises from small producers we visit every year. We don't take shortcuts, and we don't rush. Dinner here is meant to feel like dinner at a friend's house — if your friend happened to be a very good cook.
