Hosted at **Casa do Trabalho**, Rua de São Bento 234, Lisbon. Five-minute walk from Rato metro. The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible and has a quiet room next to the main hall. Recommended hotels and a transit guide will be sent with your ticket confirmation.

Will talks be recorded?

Yes — every talk is recorded and posted publicly two weeks after the conference.

Is there a CFP?

Yes. CFP opens March 15 and closes June 1. We give early answers.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that we'll offer a transfer to a friend.

Do you offer financial aid?

Yes — 15 grants per year. Apply with the link in the ticket form. We don't ask for proof.

Three days. 200 attendees. Tickets close when we sell out.

€480 early-bird until August 31. €620 thereafter.
