Our Story

We met in a crowded coffee line in Oakland in the spring of 2021. Daniel grabbed Priya's oat-milk latte by mistake, apologized for three full minutes, and then asked if he could buy her a real one. Five years, one shared garden, and countless cooking experiments later, Daniel proposed on a quiet Sunday evening on the back porch -- no speech, no audience, just both families on speakerphone an hour later. Priya said yes before he could open the ring box.

Saturday's mandap ceremony takes place at Hillside Hall, 45 miles north of San Francisco in Sonoma. From US-101, take the CA-37 East exit toward Napa, then follow Sonoma Highway to Hillside Hall. Sunday's reception is 15 minutes north at Verdant Hollow Vineyard in Glen Ellen. Both venues offer on-site parking and are fully wheelchair-accessible; the ceremony and vineyard vows are outdoors, with dinner and dancing moving indoors.

We've reserved a block of rooms at a group rate; mention "Raghavan-Whitfield Wedding" when booking. (707) 555-0142. **Glen Ellen Lodge** — 320 Arnold Drive, Glen Ellen, CA. 10-minute drive, walking distance to the vineyard. Cozy rooms surrounded by oak groves. **Getting there:** The closest airport is Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County (STS), 30 minutes away. San Francisco (SFO) is about 70 minutes by car. We'll run a shuttle between both venues and the host hotels each day. **Parking:** Free on-site parking at both venues. Please follow the posted signs from the main entrance.
