Our Story

Tide & Timber started with a simple idea: serve the cleanest seafood we can find, the way the coast intended. Chef **Hannah Reese** opened the doors in 2016 after fifteen years in kitchens along the Maine coast and in San Francisco. The oysters are shucked to order at the bar. The bread comes out of the oven every afternoon. The wine list leans natural, with a few surprises from small growers we visit each season. We don't take shortcuts, and we don't rush. Dinner on the wharf is meant to feel like a long evening by the water — unhurried, generous, and honest.
