Marisol Vega Family Law was founded by **Marisol Vega** after years in high-pressure litigation convinced her that families deserve a gentler path: a practice small enough to know every client by name, but skilled enough to protect what matters most. Marisol is a certified family mediator and former courtroom litigator who has guided more than 1,200 families through divorce and custody. She believes the best outcome is one a child can grow up proud of, reached with as little conflict as possible. The firm is intentionally small — three attorneys, no associates. Every case is handled by a senior lawyer from first call to final order, with transparent hourly billing and no surprises.

Initial consultations are always free and confidential. We'll listen to your situation, explain your options, and give you an honest assessment — no pressure, no obligation.

How does your billing work?

We bill by the hour at a transparent rate shared up front, with regular statements so you always know where things stand. Mediation and flat-fee options are available for simpler matters.

Do we have to go to court?

Rarely. We resolve about 90% of cases through mediation or negotiation, which is gentler on children and far less costly. We'll only litigate when your interests truly require it.
