About the Firm

Holloway Immigration Law was founded by **Marisol Holloway** after years inside a high-volume immigration practice convinced her families deserved something different: a lawyer who answers her own phone, quotes a flat fee up front, and explains every step in the language you're most comfortable in. Marisol is the daughter of immigrants and a fluent Spanish speaker. She spent six years handling removal defense before opening her own door, and she has personally filed more than 2,300 cases for clients across South Florida. The firm is intentionally solo — one attorney, no handoffs. Every case is handled by Marisol from your first call to your final hearing.

Client Testimonials

  • “I called three offices before reaching Marisol. She was the only one who explained the whole green card process in plain Spanish and gave me one flat price. My wife is finally here with me.”

    Javier R. · Google
  • “Professional, patient, and truly on my side. Marisol fought my removal case like it was personal, and I got to stay with my kids.”

Common Questions

How much does a consultation cost?

Initial consultations are always free and confidential. We'll review your situation, explain your options, and give you an honest assessment — no obligation, in English or Spanish.

Do you charge flat fees?

Yes — most family visa, green card, and citizenship cases are quoted as a single flat fee up front, so you know the full cost before we start. Complex court cases may be billed by stage.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the case type and current USCIS or court backlogs. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation and keep you updated at every step.
