About the Firm

Brennan & Cho was founded by **Megan Brennan** and **David Cho** after a decade at bulge-bracket firms left them wanting something different: a corporate practice lean enough to move at a founder's pace, but credentialed enough to sit across from any institutional investor. Megan led capital-markets teams at a top-five firm and advised on more than $3 billion in offerings. David spent eight years in venture and fund formation, structuring rounds for emerging managers and growth-stage companies. The firm is intentionally lean — five partners, no first-years on your matter. Every deal is run by a senior lawyer from term sheet to close.

Do you offer fixed fees?

Yes for many matters — financings, formations, and diligence are often flat-fee or capped. Complex M&A and disputes run hourly, agreed up front before we start.

How long does a financing take?

It depends on the round and investor. A clean priced round typically closes in four to eight weeks; we'll give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you updated throughout.
