Is the whole menu cooked over fire?
Yes — every course comes off the open hearth or the coals. There is no stove or oven in the room.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Tell us when you reserve. We can adapt for most needs, though the menu is fish- and meat-forward by design.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before the dinner. After that we'll transfer your seat to a friend.
Is wine included with the seat?
Yes — a pairing accompanies each course. A zero-proof pairing is available; just ask when you book.
