Meet Dr. Marisol

Dr. **Marisol Reyes** founded Little Reef Pediatric Dentistry in 2012 with one playful goal: make a child's first trip to the dentist something they actually look forward to. She earned her DDS from the University of Maryland and completed a pediatric dentistry residency at Boston Children's Hospital. Before opening Little Reef, she spent four years treating kids at a community clinic — an experience that shaped her belief that every child deserves calm, judgment-free care. The practice has grown to include two hygienists and a child-life specialist, but the philosophy hasn't changed: meet kids where they are, explain everything in their language, and never rush a nervous smile.

Common Questions

Do you accept my insurance?

We're in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, and MetLife, and we accept CHIP and Medicaid. We also offer payment plans for families without coverage.

When should my child first see a dentist?

We recommend a first visit by your child's first birthday or when the first tooth appears. Early visits keep little teeth healthy and make the dentist feel familiar and fun.

What if my child has a dental emergency?

Call us right away. We reserve time each day for same-day emergencies and will do our best to see your child within hours.
