    1-week intensive from $3,500

    I run the diagnostic your team is quietly asking for — interviews, a candid read on what's broken, and a plan you can act on before the next quarter has consequences.

  1. Free 30-minute call

    We talk through what's keeping you up at night. If I'm not the right fit, I'll usually know someone who is.

    I send a one-page document with the program, the outcomes, and a fixed price. You can say no without owing me anything.

  3. Kickoff in 5 days

    Once we sign, we hold our first session within a week. No long intake forms, no waiting list.

  4. Notes after every session

    Every session ends with a written recap: what we decided, what to try this week, what's still open. Email me anytime between.

I've coached executives since 2019 — directors, VPs, and a handful of first-time CEOs who needed a steady voice in the room. Before that, I led people operations at **Siemens** and **Zalando**, where I learned how leadership actually breaks. I hold a doctorate in organizational psychology, write [a newsletter](https://example.com/letters) for new leaders, and live in Berlin with my husband and a stubborn greyhound.
